Loving the pain
My recent addiction? Sit-ups and stomach crunch*! (Y)
*actually, idk what's the name of the exercise. It's the one where you lie down and get your hands and feet up to meet in the air. You'll feel the tense at your upper thigh and tummy area. In my case, I call it stomach crunch. :D
I love the pain of the aftermath (sounds a bit wrong). But anw, the pain is evidence that I've been too slack and it works as a reminder for me to work harder! Ohh, and I've been neglecting the dumbbells! Perhaps, I should make it a point to do them on alternate days? Not fair to just work on the tummy but not everywhere else. Let's see how!
Anw, I just feel the need to get this recorded down cause, though the sense of satisfaction is really hard to describe, I am loving what I am doing now. Awesome!
PS: on a side note, I think drinking has made my tummy a little bigger. How mean!
